The Diversified Adjustment Technique is a high-velocity, low-amplitude technique, creating results through sudden, precise intervals of a low level force. This commonly results in the "pop" and "crack" noises that are heard often during a chiropractic adjustment.

The Arthrostim instrument is a chiropractic adjustment instrument that communicates with the body at a very fast speed of 12-14 beats per second.  It is capable of applying pressure ranging from a few ounces to up to 40 pounds of force on targeted areas of the body.  The higher frequency and lower force adjusting performed with the Arthrostim allows for a more specific, comfortable and effective adjustment.

Activator Methods Technique

The Activator instrument provides a quick, gentle and low-force approach to chiropractic care. The body’s muscles are less likely to resist with an Activator adjustment allowing for a more precise and accurate adjustment.

The technique is especially helpful for children who sometimes have trouble laying still as well as older patient with arthritis and osteoporosis.

Thompson Drop Technique

The Thompson drop technique uses different mechanisms built into a drop table to assist with the adjustment process. The widely used drop mechanism allows a chiropractor to thrust at higher speeds while using less force than a normal adjustment. This fast drop carries the joint through the remainder of the motion made by an adjustment benefiting the patients healing process.
